Refund Policy - Non Account Customers
Goods will be credited after they have been returned to Fenton Business Produts along with a copy of the invoice
that the goods were supplied on.
Goods need to be sighted and be in saleable condition prior to the credit being processed.
Where goods were paid by Credit Card, a refund will be processed back onto the card that was provided on the time of sale.
If Fenton are picking up goods from a customer and it is not a Fenton error, a $8.00 pick up fee will apply. No charge to customer who return goods themselves.
Fenton Business Products reserves the right to refuse credit on goods older that 30 days from the date of invoice.
Refund's will generally be processed within 7 business working days. |
