Finding a Product
There are 4 ways to find a product.
- Product Directory on the left hand side of the screen. Click on any category to see sub-categories that are more specific.
- Product Search on left hand side of screen. You can enter a key word, product name, product code, or brand name. Click Product Search Icon, and the related products appear on the screen.
- Advanced Search allows you to enter information that is more detailed. Following the instructions this search method becomes an important time saver.
- Click on a featured product photo. If you know what the product looks like, you should recognize it. However, the same photo may be shown for several items. This is because they only differ in size or colour. The image may also be a group photo.
Adding an item to your order
Having found the correct item, click on the quantity box and enter the number required. Click on Add to Order. The products are saved until you are ready to Checkout and finalise the Order.
Deleting an item from your order
If you want to delete an item, you must View the order. Un Check the box beside the product you want to delete. Click on Recalculate. The unwanted product will disappear and the Total will be adjusted.
Changing Quantities
To change the quantity, change the number in the box marked QTY and click on Recalculate.
Subtotal
Your sub-total will always appear on the screen. Fenton Business Products offers free delivery if the order is over $50.
Checking Out
When you have ordered all your products, click on PROCESS ORDER. Follow the instructions which give you a variety of choices for checking out.
Order Confirmation
After your order is transmitted, you will receive an E-mail, which gives you an order number, verifying your order has been received. |
