To become a member either go to the Login icon and follow the instructions, or fill in the Registration Form after you have shopped and you go to Check Out.
You can place your order any day of the week, any time of the day.
Your information is stored securely and whenever you order, your details automatically appear. However, you have the opportunity to change your Delivery Information at the point of sale should it be required.
You have access to the unique Stationery Cupboard.
The Stationery Cupboard allows you to check your stock levels, and determine when you need to re-order frequently purchased items.
You can keep a history of items you have ordered, allowing you to preview previous orders.
Enables you to enter Stock On Hand (SOH), desirable Minimum and Maximum levels, and Standard Order Quantities (SOQ) hence setting up a requisition list.
You can build a Replenishment Order. If the current Stock On Hand is less than the minimum SOH, then the current SOH is subtracted from the minimum SOH and that quantity is added to the order.
You can build a Standard Order. This method takes the quantity you entered for the SOQ option for each item in the Stationery cupboard and adds that quantity to your order. You have the option to tick whether or not to include that item in a Standard Order.
When you click either the Replenishment or Standard Order buttons the Stationery Cupboard will display all the items. This allows you to make any modifications to the list before committing that quantity to your order. By removing the tick, ‘In Order’ column beside each item that item will be excluded from the order when you click the ‘Add to Order’ button.
You must be a registered member for the Stationery Cupboard facility to appear and be available.
